Hi, I’m Rick. Welcome to Level Up Home Repair, a Veteran owned and operated business. I was born and raised in the Mid-West, originally from Michigan. After leaving the U.S. Air Force in 1994, and trying several different career paths, I chose a career in Law Enforcement and became a police officer in the inner city of Detroit. I served the city for 15 years and was honored to have been a member of their SRT (SWAT) team for 2 of those years. After leaving the police force in 2015, I chose to work personal security for a few years but soon realized that I was unfulfilled. After careful consideration, I decided to leave Michigan and move out West.


I have always enjoyed doing home improvement projects and have many years of experience doing just that. I try to live a life of “Leveling Up” in everything I do, hence the name of our company. Having my own business after working for government and state agencies most of my life has always been a dream of mine…not only for the freedom and choice to lay my own path, but also because I am a perfectionist at heart. By creating Level Up I am able to ensure only the best quality control for the customers I work with. I pride myself on paying attention to detail, which my clients deserve, and that will be reflected in all my work.
